Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! All of our subscription boxes are completely customizable. Each Friday, after receiving our newsletter, you may log into the Farmbox website to make order changes to the pre-selected items and add any store items you wish. Just need to make all changes by our cut-off time on Mondays.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver weekly. However you have the flexibility to receive your deliveries each week or every other week.
What's the order minimum?
$30! Orders that do not meet the $30 minimum will be automatically canceled at their cut-off time.
When is delivery day?
Delivery of your box will fall on the same day each week. Currently deliveries are made on Wednesdays.
I don't need weekly delivery, what other options are there?
FarmBox offers both weekly and bi-weekly deliveries based on your preferences, but you have full control of your schedule. We allow you to customize your delivery schedule up to 90 days in advance, and there are no commitments, so you may cancel anytime.
What happens during inclement weather?
Please understand understand that our business is in Mother Nature's hands! Due to inclement weather we may have to cancel a produce item or even postpone or cancel delivery. If this happens, we will do the best to notify you in a timely manner.
Do you re-use boxes, thermals & ice packs?
Yes, Farmbox is dedicated to keeping it green! Please leave the previous week's produce box, thermal pouches, ice packs and any glass jars out on your delivery day so we can reuse for future deliveries.
Can I order a one-time delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer single deliveries at this time. However, there are no membership commitments. If you start a FarmBox account and don’t absolutely love it, you may cancel at anytime.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you don't. We want our service to be as convenient as can be for you. At checkout, tell us where to leave your delivery (front door, side entrance, etc.) in the delivery instructions. We recommend choosing a spot that’s out of sight, under cover, and not in direct sunlight.
What if I'm not satisified with my farmbox? What's your return policy?
If you don’t love an item in your delivery, we’ll always make it right. If your produce arrives expired or an item doesn’t meet your grocery shopping standards, send us an email or call us at 345-769-8747 within two days of unpacking your delivery. You’ll receive a credit to your account or a full refund.
